As an adjunct to its primary business, Legal Network offers employee-training courses, employment counseling, goal-setting counseling, law firm marketing, management counseling, and new employee orientation courses. Its state-of-the-art computer training provides the cost effective alternative to time consuming in-house software training.
Founder and principal of Legal Network, Carole Wampole, was formerly a legal secretary and law office manager. In the early 1970's, she had the foresight to envision the need for a full-service staffing organization with efforts focused on the rapidly expanding legal community. Since that time, Ms. Wampole has continued her education and honed her skills to isolate and identify the top legal talent available in the marketplace. Ms. Wampole and her staff meet with hundreds of legal secretaries and other law firm staff each month and by comparison, skill identification and employment history, she is able to recognize the most desirable candidates to suit the guidelines of each client's particular needs. To date, Legal Network is the primary source for staffing Orange County and surrounding area law firms. It is the oldest, the largest, and the most successful legal staffing agency. Legal Network is a member of several professional associations, including the National Association of Legal Secretaries and the Orange County Legal Secretaries Association, and it was the first vendor member of the Orange County Bar Association. Its community service affiliations include its support of the Muscular Dystrophy Association, the Orange County Legal Secretaries Association, the National Association of Legal Secretaries, the Long Beach Legal Secretaries Association, the Inland Empire Legal Secretaries Association, the Orange County Paralegal Association, and several of the police and fire associations. Its community service notoriety and its greatest source of community service pride centers around its 25-year affiliation and dedication to the United States Marine Corps Toys for Tots program.
